I wouldn't take it midseason (I think Rodgers once mentioned he wouldn't leave a club during the season -- because man of princables!). However if you let teta guide them to 12-14th for the rest of the season. they'll open up the checkbook, and if he gets them to say 8th in year 1 he's bought himself another season.
