I would say he is a mid tier manager - an example is:
Top tier: Pep, Klopp, Poch, Ancelotti, Mourinho, Simeone, Allegri etc
Mid Tier: Mancini, Rodgers, Ten Hag, Garcia, Nagellmann
Low Tier: Gracia, Silva, Alladyce, Hughes, De Boer, Woy
Bottom Tier: Pardew, Poyet, Sherwood
Just a limited and quick example - you expect clubs in the top 6 to be managed by top tier managers then the clubs below that (Everton, Leicester, Wolves) to be managed by middle tier managers then those below us with lower tier etc. However we have twice now opted for low tier managers and it shows in our results, win percentage and current position.
Had we gone for a manager of our clubs current level we would have qualified for Europe last season and looked like progressing this season.
We havent and wont do until the board sort out the management team.
