They replaced Maguire last summer with that Turkish lad. Shrewd management giving him a year to settle in to the country with no pressure on.

Leicester are not the 3rd best team in the league. They have decent players and a decent manager and should be in a decent position. They've scored 13 of their goals against 10 men. There are certain things about them that feel unlikely to keep up over the whole season.

I agree I don't rate them as a top 4 side - but the manager has them punching above their weight which is what good managers do.

Moyes did it at us for years and Klopp has taken a team with a midfield of Henderson, Milner and Wiljnaldum into 2 CL Finals.

I think we are very similiar strenghed sides when both fully fit however the manager is and will always be the difference.

Soon as the board wake up and get someone half decent in we will shoot up the table.

I'm definitely not ready to say Rodgers is whatever is it you are saying he is

I would say he is a mid tier manager - an example is:

Top tier: Pep, Klopp, Poch, Ancelotti, Mourinho, Simeone, Allegri etc

Mid Tier: Mancini, Rodgers, Ten Hag, Garcia, Nagellmann

Low Tier: Gracia, Silva, Alladyce, Hughes, De Boer, Woy

Bottom Tier: Pardew, Poyet, Sherwood

Just a limited and quick example - you expect clubs in the top 6 to be managed by top tier managers then the clubs below that (Everton, Leicester, Wolves) to be managed by middle tier managers then those below us with lower tier etc. However we have twice now opted for low tier managers and it shows in our results, win percentage and current position.

Had we gone for a manager of our clubs current level we would have qualified for Europe last season and looked like progressing this season.

We havent and wont do until the board sort out the management team.

Just seen the score...I am angry with Leicester for deposing mighty Everton from our ‘best of the rest’ throne. I guess we’ll just have to target 8th from here on in

NSNO

Surely your anger needs to be directed at our board, manager and players for being a complete incompetent useless bunch of morons. That Leicester are streets ahead at the moment is shocking really.

Until he gets his players over the line and wins a major trophy Pochettino can't be considered a top tier manager.
Look at that list every single one has won a league title/champions league trophy.
Rodgers is at the same level as Pochettino.
I wouldn't put Sherwood in any category as manager, he's been useless at top level management
