think your only competition for a top 3 finish might be Chelsea.

Not sure about Spurs yet.
They'll end up probably fighting it out with us for 5th.
2 Bald men, 1 comb. Lots to look forward to.
Alot of football to be played tbf. We're quite capable of a run of losses.

They sold Maguire and never replaced him whereas Martinez worked completely on our settled back 4 mate.

Rodgers also had half a season with them last year.

Some people just cant admit 1. Leicester have good players and 2. Rodgers is a half decent manager.
They replaced Maguire last summer with that Turkish lad. Shrewd management giving him a year to settle in to the country with no pressure on.

Leicester are not the 3rd best team in the league. They have decent players and a decent manager and should be in a decent position. They've scored 13 of their goals against 10 men. There are certain things about them that feel unlikely to keep up over the whole season.

momentum is a big deal though .
Rodgers has got them showing no fear regardless of who they play.
I think injuries might be your only weakness.
get enough points to insulate you for the Xmas fixture pile up and then get Rodgers to tap up Klopp for that secret juice they use at Anfield to keep going for 2 seasons and counting

I remember that last sentence being repeated ad nauseum when Leicester won the league.

you could be right but it's such a weird league that I wouldn't discount them finishing above Spurs,Chelsea Arsenal and United, again

Nah we used all of that juice in 14/15 season lol

The crazy thing is we blew chances at old Trafford and at home to Wolves, not to mention the late penalty at the RS. This has been the only full quality 90 minutes so far this season

I agree. Teams do struggle to play against 10 men though in our defence. I feel like top 4 is possible more due to my lack of faith in other teams than faith in my own. Other that RS and Man City who else is rwalky in good form

Even if you are, the more points you get now,the less you will go down,when/if it happens,Remember Burnley a few years ago they didnt go down to much when they went 3 months without a win, they started winning again thanks to beating Everton lol

Nobody on this site likes stats but when Leicester one the league statistically they were right there at the top. This season so far they've been statistically closer to Burnley than City before factoring in today which almost certainly is an anomaly with the 9 goals. The league isn't long enough for a streak like this to not matter and this will be the best chance they get for a few years most likely to beat those teams, but I don't know that they've hit a recipe to mix it up with those year after year. That's assuming Arsenal Spurs and United fix themselves because currently it won't just be Leicester beating them.

I'd be shocked if Chelsea didn't get third. They don't have the superstar in Hazard anymore but they still have probably 15-20 players who would get into most teams regularly. It really is up to Lampard to not screw it up.

4th is open though. And as much as Leicester's current run imo is 50/50 skill vs good fortune, you've still won the games to put yourselves in position. Is every single player on your team beside the CBs going to continue to finish chances at an above average to elite level? I wouldn't think so but weird things happen.

I wasn't meaning them winning the but right now they have enough about them to see of my team and the other 2.
It's just if they can sustain it before the others get their act together.
Spurs are probably best placed but you don't know whats going on behind the scenes there.

Good luck to them.
If it isn't us then I would take Leicester over any of the other 4.

Watched the goals on Sky's YouTube, was that the first time VAR has been used to issue a card? If so it's brilliant use of it as double punishment

Just seen the score...I am angry with Leicester for deposing mighty Everton from our ‘best of the rest’ throne. I guess we’ll just have to target 8th from here on in
