Napoli's peak points was 78 and they got 63 the year before he took over. They went for 82, 86 and 91 under him.
I think his issue is he has a system he wants to play and sometimes players aren't going to fall in line with that. He doesn't give in and it causes friction. Also at Juve Ronaldo isn't really a natural fit into his 4-3-3. They played more or less 4-4-2 last night and that isn't a Sarri system.
