Today’s Football 2019/20 Season

Not really, as mad as it sounds Juve don't want to win the league, it's the CL they are after and various managers keep failing. Look at Chelsea they spent the best part of the last 20 years having a different manager every season and have something like 15 trophies to show for it.

CL is a knockout competition so winning it yearly is tougher. It makes what Madrid did a bit crazy. But I can't think of a better way to be in CL contention year on year than winning your domestic league. Plus you're a lot more likely to pull off knockout wins with a settled side.

But still, that attitude is mad. Greed everywhere in football.

Ok. What other sport is firing a title winning manager/coach that quickly? Football is just so out of control.

Meh, they've won 9 straight titles under three very different managers. They've got to the point where winning domestic trophies isn't the barometer for them anymore it seems. Do think Sarri deserved another year to fully implement his ideas but it's not all that surprising. This season's point tally was the lowest for several years apparently and most of the players don't enjoy his sessions (reportedly). Always seemed a bit of an odd fit.
