I should know the answer to this but when is Wigan's points deduction applied? Last time I had a glimpse, if done this season, they would go down and Hull stay up.
Having said that Hull deserve relegation they're abysmal thanks to their directors and owner. I expect that they will be a team themselves facing administration. Just told by local BBC that it 6-0 to Wigan.

...as far as I know, it’s applied this season but it won’t necessarily mean they go down. A win today (which seems 100% likely) will take them 12 points clear of Hull. Luton might cut the gap later.

Somebody on here said, if they manage to stay up the deduction is applied again next season.
