this whole technology carry on can be solved by giving the managers the decision when it's used.
each manager can call for it 3 times, if they're wrong, they lose a sub.
The ref never calls for it.

Joke of a decision , Joke of a season . It took 43mins of the restart to remind me why I hate the PL. all the money in the world and not an bit of sense. VAR ruins it again. If I was a manager I would be calling for human referees and lino’s to be redundant. Use robots for everything now
