I watched the first half in a pub. A minute before kick off loads of them took off their coats to reveal virgil shirts etc. Embarrassments.

That was mint. Thought Atletico were strong defensively for the 90 minutes but Liverpool clearly had enough chances to win it within normal time and that's a very dangerous tactic against them. Oblak is the best goalkeeper in the world and was in great form, and the centre backs dominated in the air. The fact that Atletico went on to end Liverpool's three-year home record was the cherry on the cake. Viva Atletico and Diego Simeone!

Yea not too shocked. They really haven't been dominant lately and just have been grinding out wins in a league that's not very good this year. Last years team was better.
