Why should the European % allocation decrease when it's obviously providing all the better teams while the weaker confederations % allocations all increase considerably when so unsuccessful with their better teams now?
FIFA being corrupt B*****ds in hock to the weaker confederations. It's a world game blah blah blah. Europe is the bread and butter of football, and the likes of Visa and Adidas don't pay billions to increase market penetration in Papua New Guinea or The Cook Islands.
All about FIFA politics and cementing the president's position with even more delegates.
