Think its quite telling that in the " What will happen to Burnley " article on the BBC ...there is no mention of the complaint about Everton to the PL.
Its a non story that will disappear quickly from the " great end of the year " excitement. As an aside, while I have obvious doubts in our ownership to build a successful team , I have no fear that they cant work the books and make sure they are on the right side of the line. Also confident that Everton are well aware of where the bodies are buried and could expose many other clubs and the PL proper.

No lets get on with fixing the team... UTFT
All day yesterday the Sky mafia commentariat were queuing up to make the point that Burnley were a desperate club run by sharks looking for cash.

I got the distinct feeling that the PL had a whisper in their partner Sky's ear to do a job on them with regard to their claims.

Lampard was asked about this yesterday in the presser after Arsenal. He said he personally wasn't concerned, but then he's not involved at all in the finance side of things.

Speaking to my Son in Law, he maintains that the case will go to the FA court before next season fixtures sorted. He was also quite firm if Everton lose the FA will change the league standings and Everton will go down due to a 6 point deduction.
Also claims that the financial loss over the 3 years was 600 million so deffo FFP broken and as such Everton have cheated thus rules broken. If Everton win there will be no change. So really it is all about how the expenses what ever the amount were calculated..

Does anyone have any late news on what is happening.

BTW the other club according to him who are joining in is Newcastle.

We should go and get Pope and Tarkowski off them.

Not Tarkowski, he is at that age when he is picking up injuries, do not need another Mina.

Also the way Burnley were bought leaves big ?s and they are practically bankrupt and have a 65 mill loan to repay this summer sothey wouild not want big money for either of those players.

The fixtures are out on 16 June - this is not going to happen

Where has the £600m figure came from too?

That is why he is clear it will bo before the FGA before that date, if not sorted the 2 clubs are threatening to sue the FA.

As to the figure he is adamant that a recent fresh look at the records has arrived at that but no proof has been provided.

I don't see how it is in any way likely that this will be in court in the next 3 weeks.

Auditors will have signed off our accounts. If there is no proof of this £600m loss figure then what basis is there for a case? I'm a bit lost

Has your son in law any status in legal standings or financial law or suchlike?
