I agree, Fernandes was a pleasure to watch and I'd get behind the lad if he joins up again but let's not kid ourselves into thinking he's something he's not.
Fernandes quite often disappeared from matches, walking round the pitch al la Pre-ace Yakubu. He's a great talent theres no doubt about that but I doubt he'll ever get about the pitch the way Pienaar does.

I just dont see it with him, he does some jazzy [Poor language removed] and all that but he's not a patch on Pienaar. That Arshavin makes me erect on the other hand.

Yeh i was furious, but calmed down now.
But i didnt once question his talent.
apart from Chelsea away, where he was quiet then he was exceptional.

To be fair Fernandes is a gifted player (nowhere near ronaldo, messi et al) his problesm though is consistency and lasting 90 mins, thats his challenge and the challenge of the coahing staff if he comes back.
I agree he had a massive penis hanging out of his forehead, in doing us and joining Valencia, and that would eb my concern his heart and if its not in it he can do one!
But if he trully repents and realises being Jonny Bravo in Spain isnt all he thought it would be, i would be prepared to forgive!
I think he has that gift of playing that effortless ball that noone else can form the centre position, and some of the turns he does to make space for himself llast seaon made you proud he played for Everton. Having said that for me hes not as good as Artetta and only marginly behid pienaar he must aspire to be equal if not better then each.
So to put it bluntly we either get an explanation or he can do one!
