I'd argue it's implementation is not working when you look at the football we're seeing. Otherwise I don't know why the hell they're still doing it. Its seemingly done nothing to change results on the pitch for us ever since it started being used and I don't know why you'd do it otherwise other than to try help improve results/atmos, which I don't think its done with either. It's all well and good to sing its praises when results are good but it's not doing what I think it was intended to do.
