I think being the furthest forward in a 3 might suit him at this stage of his career.…I imagine he starts v Palace, it’s a big opportunity for him.
A couple of sub appearences after months out, he will be desperate for a start

DOUCS is out so the perfect time to start him in that position and get a look. Glad he got on the board with an assist on Wednesday and I would hope it gets him going a bit.I think being the furthest forward in a 3 might suit him at this stage of his career.

…really? it’s the same view
The home game against Bournemouth was a great illustrator for me. I was sat in old paddock, a great position to watch him literally take the p1ss out of Brooks. It was terrific, he seemed on same wavelength as Ndiaye, they exchanged some fine interplay and he was going past opposition like they weren’t there. So impressive.
Then he got lost in the last 30mins, caught in possession upfield and unable to go with midfield runners. Brooks had the last laugh scoring one of the goals that beat us. He just needed to sit in and see the game home rather than trying to be Hollywood. I call it a lack of application, you could call it game management but he has to learn that because he has a lot going for him.
Think he means Lewis Cook.Brooks didn’t score in that game.

No chance...too early after a long time injured.Think he will start today instead of Doucoure
