Hey now, if it wasn't for Howard's unbelievable and unique skill set, Mourinho would have never won that European Cup in 2004. His place in history is secure.

The latest comments about players keeping their places are encouraging. I just hope Martinez isn't simply buying himself a few days' peace by leading the media on.

Contradicting himself though. Last season when Howard was injured, Joel came in, kept a load of clean sheets and then was immediately dropped for Tim. Who himself had been in terrible form.

Actions will speak louder than words on this. We've been here before (twice) with Roberto. He is very lucky to be at a club affording him a third chance. If he has not learnt by now he may never.

Hope not, i would like to think we are taking the FA cup seriously, and playing Howard would suggests we aren't, especially as he has form against Bournemouth...

So how would you argue any other club that plays their 2nd keeper?
Agree though, If Robles is on form then play him.
