Just imagine if Martinez actually had the balls to stick Joel in against Spurs, that would show some intent to change by Martinez, because right now i'm struggling to see what he's done to address the issues that we the fans are seeing every week and he keeps alluding to in his post match drivel. Our defensive problems today were so beyond Howard, it's sad. Don't give me the confidence in Howard BS either. Roberto doesn't know how to manage a defense, and our young backline hasn't got a clue how to defend. A new keeper helps, sure, but the problems are so much deeper than that. Until our keeper (whoever that may be) is provided some level of support, we will continue to leak goals. Back line needs sorting ASAP. Can we bring in Moyes as a consultant or something?
