from extensive research i have concluded that to make it flutter best it is ....

• better to use rectangular (oblong for the oldies) strips.

• if 1 end has corners folded forward and backwards then the tape will fall slower and spiral, giving a longer freefall.

• if done properly then it creates one hell of an effect and a bigload of litter.

• when lobbin' a lav roll it is best unroll about 3 feet before chucking and get an arc at about 60 degrees.

• throwing bog roll is far better than socks.
