Wore last seasons away strip to work today. Unseasonably cold, but I didn't cover it with a jacket. All the Nancy boys in their Big 4 & Real kits look at me like I'm diseased...mainly coz they have NFI who I follow...who cares?

I'm down, I'm gutted, but I too, am Blue!

My response, "I'm happy".

It's good to remind everyone why we follow the club. The pain of results is temporary, but the joy of being one of us, goes on forever. I still feel it.

Although not ideal we are exactly where we were last season but with a better goal difference and less defeats.

Only hope that we start playing like we did last season soon.

With the league being closer this year aswell, if we start getting wins we would surge up the league.

defo gonna need a lot of that! and a few prayers too i think! please let me be wrong!! PLEASE!

I can't help but feel like the cavalry(transfers) that comes a callin' in Jan. will tell the tale. I think an infusion of pace and positive attitudes into the pitch and the locker room will make the difference. Would be nice to open up the right the way Baines and Pienaar open up the left. I don't think we are down for the count, but at this point we don't want it to go to a judges decision either.
