Love our fans and expectations. Aspirational, delusional, realistic and sometimes hilarious.

Not sure when a draw at home against the current EPL Champions with a disjointed and broken squad is viewed with such disgust.

We ain’t avfree flowing cavalier hardworking champions elect side - we are at our worst down right dire, see Southampton, Atalanta, Arsenal - at best we find a way to win - see Newcastle, Stoke and miraculously Watford. So when we draw at home with a clean sheet, the long diagonals, the time wasting, the zero shots on target at home become an important point.

It is what it is. I’d take that all day long, like I did at Anfield than the humiliation and lack of effort at Southampton, at home to Aresenal and for too many spells this season.

I know where we are; it ain’t were I want us to be, but you have to realise we have been just shy of embarrassing at times to an ugly unbeaten run. I’d take the pragmatic ugly difficult to beat Everton than a team who have given up - and infortunately that’s where we were.
