I doubt you've seen better at Sunday league. What a silly comment.Hope you are right but as far as basic skills go, i have seen better in sunday league.

Bit harsh people going on about his finish, I thought it was a decent finish tbh and wasn't 'bundled' inI love that he bundled the ball in. Any goal is a good goal as a striker, they don’t all have to be thirty yard top binners.
I wish he would stay more forward. He has a habit of dropping back and being in a midfield position and then when we win the ball he’s nowhere to be found. Maybe this is what Moyes is telling him but to me he should be forward forward forward
never been convinced with GoykeresAmazing that this doesn't even include Niasse, Tosun, Broja...
Gyokeres hasn't looked great either, and also cost around 65m - and is playing with an unbelievable team around him. Delap has been a sick note. Ekitike and Woltemade have looked very good but cost 70-80m. Isak...
He has lots of developing to do but I still stand by thinking that in a year's time we'll be very happy with Barry for 27m given a) how expensive strikers are and b) how much money needs to be spent elsewhere in the squad.
You're right, however I would put myself out on a limb and suggest that, on average, you don't get many great players for free.It doesnt really tho Phil. A player can cost nothing, but still be a great player. The question is, is Barry a Prem player?
Yes it does! Both were rubbish signings and the scouting needs replacing by both clubs.Šeško for United has involved in sixteen games this season (952 minutes in total), scoring two. He cost £66m plus add-ons.
Barry has been involved in nineteen games this season (1,102 minutes in total), scoring two. He cost £27m. I think it puts things into perspective.
Not silly, most people can trap and pass a ball, his ball control is poor and passing is wayward, i can only say what i see.I doubt you've seen better at Sunday league. What a silly comment.

Good post. You're right, however I would put myself out on a limb and suggest that, on average, you don't get many great players for free.
Additionally, the mean value of a player is, more often than not, correlated with their ability. In terms of a being a Prem player, I'd say more yes than no.
Isaak cost £125m and has scored two league goals. Gyökeres cost £56m and has scored five league goals. Igor Jesus cost £10m and scored 1.
João Pedro cost £55m and has scored six league goals. Woltemade cost £65m and scored seven. Broja cost £20m and scored 1. Delap has scored none.
Cunha has scored three league goals, costing £62m. I could keep going through, although I've hopefully gave enough examples to support my point.
Whilst he's far from the finished article, and we need him to develop further, for the price we paid his return is fairly comparable with others.
Literally his only other goal was a fantastic right footed finish lolSeems to be dominantly left footed. Needs to start to find the bottom left corner, putting the ball into the bottom right corner is allowing the GK a chance at a save. Couldn't believe his luck last night when the defence went awol and Garner played him in almost into step.
That natural first hit like Lukaku and Yak and Cottee had. One chance, one goal, done.
