No I’ve always stated Beto is crap but his attitude is great and can’t knock it I also prefer him out the 2 but neither are the answer, after last season thought Beto deserved to be the starting striker and it was his position to lose Barry got his chance and he’s back out the team. Hardly going out of my way took less than a minute to reply, I mean if everyone stopped themselves from replying to something because the player played minimal minutes the place would come to a stop. I’ve seen enough of him this season to make my mind up I don’t like him, his attitude doesn’t seem fantastic either. Probably because people pay a lot of money to watch Everton and are annoyed at someone they feel is taking the pee?

I agree that it is pointless but I get why people do such things too.

Well then I'm a simpleton - he brought this on himself and now that the excrement has hit the fan, he should stand up and show up.

I fear though that he will shrink down and sit down, which is, if we are being honest, how he has, in the main, been playing since we bought him.

I wasn’t there at Arsenal away but if I was a scouser who travelled hundreds of miles and paid good money to support my team and was then subjected to ridicule in our own end after a very unlucky defeat, with lads goading us and filming blues leaving dejected I’d be annoyed about that.
To then find out they were only there on a jolly courtesy of a player who has been rubbish all season but been shown enormous support even after stinking the place out I’d be very annoyed.
For that player to then come out and throw the fans who supported him under the bus instead of thinking to himself ‘maybe I shouldn’t have stuck those WUMs amongst the Everton fans I can see how that could’ve got awkward’ could definitely lead to me booing his next appearance.

So far from everything we’ve seen, he’s a bad footballer and not a very smart young man and I hope he’s moved on at not too much of a loss in the summer.

This is spot on. The situation is of Barry's own making, he hasn't reached out to the fans since making his stupid Instagram posts and got the reaction that was coming on Saturday.

I don't think he'll get booed again going forward, but it's up to him now if he wants to knuckle down and fight, or sulk. If it's the latter we'll need to cut our losses in the summer.

I would try and sell him in summer and recoup as much of the wasted money as possible. He is not good enough to put up with the unnecessary drama and baggage that comes with him.
