Please Moysey, the experiment has not worked, won't work and best to just omit him from the squad so he doesn't have to bother himself togging out.

If he continues to select a player that has repeatedly failed them I fear for Moyes' sanity...ref. the insanity theory probably incorrectly attributed to Einstein.

Keep doing the same thing, despite repeated failure, in the hope that a different result will be produced.

Away from the incident im wondering (and hoping) its his shoulder issues that are holding him back challenging physically you can see him struggling with it at the slightest knock each game and they have planned surgery for it at the end of the season.

His shoulders?? His finishing, his pace, his touch and general all round ability but yeah, his shoulders

Oh I don't disagree the bar is low but until it's raised it's the truth.

I think we're a better outfit when Barry plays. He's a better footballer than Beto IMO. Better first touch, better link up play and touches around the half way line, is better in the air, he brings others into play and generally allows us to progress up the pitch on the ball. Beto isn't a footballer, but definitely has better goalscoring instincts, better movement in behind and in the box.

Overall I'd rather have Barry and I think he's by far the better football player, but you could argue a bit of a horses for courses situation depending on the oppo and how he want to play.

As I said, inevitable that he scores.

I've been watching football long enough to know that the more people there are spitting venom at him and saying that he should never play for us again, the more likely it is he scores the winner for us today.

I don't see any of this from him.

He frequently has the ball bounce off of him as much as Beto.

He wins the ball in the air and the headers go nowhere near one of our players.

He's not much better with the ball than Beto at all for me and he's less of a threat than Beto with it.
