He should have started and Beto come on. Wrong selection for me.
Tranmere?Too weak. Dont reckon he’d score 10 in a full championship season
His general play was awful, as it was against Brentford, and Forest (I know he scored). He is just rubbish.General play was decent but awful penalty, no wonder tarks took the ball off him in normal time
It was bad there's no getting away from that , as were Garners & Beto'sMost comical pen ever taken
Listen mate Calvert lewin didn’t ever take a pen like that then , this lad has stunk the place out since he came and a lot of fans have bent over backwards trying to defend him ,then to top it all off he goes and does that he threw it all back in there facesThis is what people told you if you said DCL was a decent player the last couple of years. Same people are now crying incompetence that we let him go and saying he would solve all of our problems.
Barry has enough to be a decent player for us, he deserves to be given a go in a properly functioning team. Just my opinion.
Barry's was worse than both but agree all 3 were terribleIt was bad there's no getting away from that , as were Garners & Beto's
But most comical ?
Onana says hi.
To be fair im judging him.against beto which isn't exactly a high barHis general play was awful, as it was against Brentford, and Forest (I know he scored). He is just rubbish.
Our two most expensive signings aren't fit for purpose and everyone is moaning about the manager because we spent money last summer.Whoever scouted him needs to go. Clearly haven't a clue about football
Honestly, difference is that you're looking at it through an emotional lens and I'm not.Listen mate Calvert lewin didn’t ever take a pen like that then , this lad has stunk the place out since he came and a lot of fans have bent over backwards trying to defend him ,then to top it all off he goes and does that he threw it all back in there faces
Everton daas wasn’t it Wich I thought was a bit patronising , I’m threw with him and Beto now tbh and I haven’t even got a bird never mind kids !Honestly, difference is that you're looking at it through an emotional lens and I'm not.
The pen was shocking, never a good idea for an Everton player to do anything other than smash it and as I said a lot fans will never forgive that now. He's not done that because he's not taking it seriously though, he (wrongly) thought that was his best chance at scoring and that's why he took it like that.
For me right now he's the better striker of the 2 and should be starting the rest of the season and it's as simple as that. In summer we will look to sign another striker, but until then - he needs confidence and fans should continue to support him imo.
