Would have loved him to get a goal tonight. Looks like he has the attributes to play as Moyes likes a striker to play and has a knack of getting himself to the edge of the six yard box when one of our wide players is looking for a cutback. Hopefully Grealish or N'daiye puts one on a plate for him next game and he kicks on from there.

I liked his work rate, had some decent touches, never gave up...it will come good for this lad.
Kind of side note. I think people need to stop expecting strikers to have silky first touches and look super smooth on the ball etc these days. Top level football has shifted almost entirely to having physical beasts for strikers. That is by far the most important thing right now. Who are the examples out there atm of strikers who aren't particularly high level athletes but have fantastic technique? It's just not really a thing anymore.

Same I thought his hold up play was much better tonight, very mobile, falls over a bit too easy but definitely something to work on.
That chance in the box - a diving header opportunity - no he tried to kick the ball ? - his hold up play is coming along , but he needs a goal ....
After the Mansfield game looks like he’ll need a while to get up to speed of the English game (which is understandable).
Nice touches and reasonable hold up but never really looked threatening, even a good headed opportunity clattered off the side of his kisser.

Looks like he’s playing midfield there. Probably needs to stop going looking for the ball and hold his position (unless Moyes is directing him to go that deep)

He's doing most things right but he's snatching a tad at chances he gets / is in two minds. Can tell he needs a goal just to calm himself down a bit and realise he has the quality, just be patient with it. Worth remembering that he's still young and learning.

I seem to disagree with most in this feed. I've seen enough already. Doesn't seem to be able to do anything right. headers the ball like his got a 50p head, can't hold the ball up, can't run with the ball, can't break the line as he looks like his running in custard. I'm i completely wrong?
