Barry's a French u-21 international, and I know its just u-21s but France has got an astonishingly huge talent pool so he cant be that bad.

there's a player in there, and its up to moyes to find the right system for him.

I agree getting capped by France at u21 is top class albeit for a handful of sub appearances (though this explains why Thierry Henry praised him - the horrible cheating rat)

A young player from a different league hasn't turned into Prime R9 instantly and instead will need time to bed in, with limited playing time?

How anyone can write off a young player who has only just been brought into the squad, in a different country and in, probably, one if not the hardest leagues in World football after just a few cameo performances just defies logic. A young Messi wouldn't have stood a chance based on our supporters expectations. Let's weigh him up after the season but based on 'opinions' so far the kid will have breakdown before then.

Reckon a young Messi would look like a footballer. Barry just doesn't seem.able to do the basics which is the worry.

Even ignoring ability, just looking at their effort, intensity, drive, you’re right - night and day. He didn’t get amazing service yesterday but he looked very similar to Dibbling, passive, waiting for the game to come to him rather than trying to make something happen.

When Dibbling kicks in, he'll show himselve on the stage.

If he had a young Coleman behind him, think it would help him settle alot quicker.

I checked out his you tube montage and it wasn’t that good to be honest., it was ok. I also just realised Villarreal are in champions league as well so wonder why they would sell him , not sure who they have up front now mind.

Same as the vitriol Beto gets, especially during the game, it’s unnecessary imo.

Was in hoping Barry would smash it and hit the ground running, absolutely.
