Not seen the lad kick a ball live, but from the clips I've seen, and the nerd graphs, he wins the lot in the air and plays with intensity/effort.

You do those two things, and you're half way there with Evertonians.

He also carries the ball/can pickup the ball an take it forward - I'm sure that's what we're prioritising this summer. Every player we have credible links with, like Doak, Fellows, Delap all score very highly on that.
