Barry was the major disappointment of the day for me. All day long he had the look of a youth team kid playing a first game with grown men. Undoubtedly better than nobody but didnt seem to have anything in terms of skill, pace, strength or any attitude. By comparison Evan Ferguson coming on showed instantly he knew how to play the striker role.

If KDH had released the ball quicker onto Barrys' right then i think he'd have scored.

I dont think you're saying anything outrageous. 27m was paid. You maybe wanted to see something to wet the appetite. I didnt really see it either. Thats not to say it wont come. Just wasnt there in this game. And you've said it. Dont know why everyone has to somehow toe the line and post what people want to see lol. It was a valid post.

I think we saw glimpses on what will hopefully become the norm from him. He dis show he has a good burst of pace, without going on any mad Kanchelskis-like gallops. He also made a few nice runs. I think once he has had time to build a rapport with his new team mates, he will be just fine.
