Fans are weird. He looked very comfortable on the ball and made some good plays. The one two that Charly butchered and when he turned the defender and set Chermo free (and then Chermo made the worst decision and played it back to him instead of playing to the runner ahead) were the ones that come to mind. He looks like he will be able to play across the front 3 which is what I expected. Would like to see a bit more goalscoring instinct though. That will probably come with time. Dude is still a baby.
As I've said all along, Everton desperately needs a proven striker in the squad otherwise there is no big upgrade from last season.
