Because it isnt that simple, populism wants you to think it is so you have someone to blame for your problems, basic stuff

Its quite literally a fact that they are referenced as "illegals" and then it is claimed they pay taxes -- and so those "illegals" are known and allowed to remain when...they are there "illegally" and should have been deported.

Anyone hiring them should also be at the very least fined.

Thats not "having someone to blame for your problems" that is black and white. It is the law.

One reason why the Shia LaBeouf types (Megalopolis) lost the election.

Here you go mate:

An illegal immigrant is someone who enters or resides in a country without the legal right to do so:
They violate the country's immigration laws
They may be detained, deported, or face other sanctions

Or if we dont want to be offensive to criminals:

Illegal immigrants are also known as undocumented immigrants. The term "illegal immigrant" is considered offensive by many people. Instead, you can use the terms "undocumented immigrant" or "undocumented person".

I mean the reasoning behind not prosecuting them

Jake Paul knows the truth, so why is it so hard for people on here to grasp the truth?

What 'truth' is that? He just listed as many professions as he could and said they're all great. Which will be wonderful for them to think about when he benefits from Trump's tax break and they won't.
I don't think anyone here has an issue with any of those professions so, what 'truth'?

I’ve just been to see Gladiator II, and I found it completely unrealistic that an Empire as great as the Romans could be run by a megalomaniac tyrant with curious orange hair, dodgy makeup and a propensity for placing performing monkeys into positions of power.

People working on the cheap without legal status or documentation has been a main pillar of the American economy since America had an economy.
One might say they contributed GREATLY to what MADE AMERICA GREAT.

Your 'solution' is not to document them but to deport them and fine those that then have no workers
Brilliant 👏
