The biggest weapon would be to stop purchasing American military equipment and make our own or partner with European countries.

If the US defence industry starts suffering then things will change

You would think that with the unrest in the world that most countries would be switching to be more self reliant.

I know its difficult, not to mention costly, but everybody lazy.

Yep

You could partner with like minded nations like Europe and Canada, Japan and others

I think we’re already doing that with tempest
I know im just a woke lefty, but what is the plan here?

Alienate every single ally you have in the world and push the world towards cutting you out?

Not you, its my question to The Mango Mussolini and his crap hound Elmo.

It’s more a thought process of saying we can do what ever we like and force others to do their bidding

They call it ‘leadership through strength’ or something like that, but it’s basically bullying other countries to get what they want.

Drunk on perceived power

Its hubris on a grand scale.

America WAS a great nation, sure, like all countries, it had its problems, but you know, it "mostly" did the right thing, the noble thing, you could see what it stood for.

Thats just me of course.

But now, what is it now?

I dont know what its trying to achieve.

Well project 25 or whatever it is was one take on what’s happening, but I’m more disappointed in the US public for swallowing the BS on a grand scale. We can’t complain as deform is leading in the polls with Farage.

It feels like the west is going into decline and making the same mistakes we saw about 100 years ago.

Tariffs historians believe applied in the 1920’s severely deepened the great depression in the US which some also believed contributed to the start of WW2

Yeah the future looks bleak, for us all.

It's not the US public.

Only the lunatics that voted for him. Which is 50% of the population

People have become too soft, too lazy, too stupid, too ready to blame everyone else for whatever perceived problems they have. Even if those problems aren't really problems at all.

The situation is truly dire

That's what Trump calls it. Not they.

And since everyone in his party is terrified of the base he has riled up, and the people in his party figure hey we like being in power, all of the Republicans are in on it now.

Trump created a monster. His supporters. And his supporters are now impossible to put back into the bottle, so to speak

So what does the future hold for the USA ? Will he even leave office in 4 years time ?

What your describing could get really nasty if he does not leave and his supporters back him to the hilt.

Scary times
