I must admit he's great at taking away the attention from Trump, 'accidentally' performing a 'Roman salute' (twice) is crazy. I might have given him the benefit of the doubt if he hadn’t spent the past two years being consistently politically active and promoting far-right ideas and parties.

He engages with neo-Nazis on twitter all the time, reinstated David Duke, started banning people for exposing Stonetoss, engaged with Nazis like Keith Woods,
Engaged with Holocaust denier Jake Shields and only demonetised him after they disagreed over H-1B visas.

The so-called genius and richest man in the world should not be making gestures like he did. This isn't a Wayne Hennessey situation, there's no plausible deniability.

Because that was 2020 and half the population (the non-nutjob demographic) were exercised to get out there and finish off Trump having had four years of his nonsense to endure. This time around, these people were either disappointed with the Democrats, complacent, or both.

I agree that they had four years to find a suitable replacement - but at some point you do have to start owning the fact that half of the American electorate are simply right-wing nutjobs determined to go full fascist. A "suitable" candidate wasn't out there, it seems. Mainly because suitability in this context is hard-right head-banger.

You are simply arguing for an American version of what we are seeing here in Europe: conservative parties wearing the clothing of the far-right in order to compete with them. It never works, mainly because people inclined to vote that way generally prefer the real thing.

Which Biden undermined because he ultimately put himself over country by running again

Very intentional and was done to further normalize Fascism to further their flavor of it. This Fascism wont lean heavy into race as such this time, will be more about the productivity of the individual first and foremost, however, will single out groups of people who may also be particular ethnicity religion ability, indeed, the common theme of all will be productivity . Economic Eugenics if you like.
