So I just got this email from the website I buy my soccer gear from. The subject reads "The World Comes to America"

and they have this picture but hey wheres Everton? lame.....

TBF most of the others are huge clubs and will be recognised in America, would Everton?

Although I dont know about the three on the right:huh: Maybe they're better known in America than us.

The three on the right are Chivas, River Plate and...errr....Chelsea.

To be honest you should have known Chivas.

What a silly thread. Yeah because we're on par with Milan, Barca, Real, Chelsea etc. The rest of the clubs are from South America to target the main United States demographic which watches the sport - latinos.

Now if this thread talked about the general awfulness of the ad, that's another story. "MAKE SURE YOU LOOK YOUR BEST" - cringe. Awful.
 

I think more Americans do know about Everton due to Tim Howard.

Good news is that even more will be familiar with us after the MLS All Star game.

I think that's a great thing for Everton to be a part of.
