I think that there are some people here who don't know what to do or say when they're presented with information or evidence to the opposite of what they've been taught or conditioned to think for a long time. Their brains have become sloppy. They write or say platitudes in response, like a coping mechanism, deflecting and dismissing as much as they can. They're so confused I'm not convinced they really know what they think or what is right anymore (it's likely why they never explain or justify why they think something).

As for the articles, I think you're mistaken. To provide a discussion point to talk about, you actually have to introduce something. People post articles on here to do this all the time. I've also lost count of all the times people have asked me to define woke? This whole thread is about trying to answer that question. To answer them I'm providing examples to help develop it. The more examples, the better that definition will be.

Well I've never shot for CK so I couldnt say what their system in place is but smaller lingerie lines I've worked for down the years were typically a standard process of women modelling underwear to sell a product. There was no specific target audience/ideology as such other than to make women buy their products.

What I'm seeing in recent months however is big corporations / social media platforms targeting younger impressionable minds with confusing sexual imagery. Why does a young man or woman need to see a masculine looking bloke wearing frilly panties ? That goes beyond marketing as there is little financial gain to be had with that so I have to come to the conclusion that this is just mainstream deviancy that you wouldn't even see tuning into babestation !

I suppose it wasn't clear what I meant and I do sometimes find it hard to convey it in words, written down. I suppose the best way is, that when somebody asks the question 'Am I normal?', my answer is always 'What is normal?'. I love Star Wars, is that normal to you, well it is to me and you telling me it isn't normal does not affect me. However, when it is somebodies life, their emotions then it can affect them and in that sense, there is no normal or abnormal, or there shouldn't be a label put on normal.

I see what you mean, I guess you are looking through a more subjective lens. Through your eyes, star wars is perfectly normal. Through objective eyes it might not be. Objectively, there are things that can be considered normal and things that can be considered abnormal. That's my only point really.
