To be fair they were the best players they couldve brought into Sunderland...They will improve in stature as the seasons go on...And Gordon was a great buy, worth every penny, just a shame he doesnt have the defence to back him up!

To be fair Dylan,when clubs come up most quality players dont want top go there,they buy players that are for the want of a better word stepping stones once the club has consolidated in the Prem.they go on to the next level.we ourselves are at the level where we need top quality to break the top four sadly this means mega fees and like wise wages. which is with out doubt the hardest task unless you are a Man city.

I would definitely have Curbishley ahead of Keane.
