I don't know if you've been drinking too much coke today but this poll is messed up. lol

Your point was Rooney is a bigger fan than all of us because he's played for the team. You don't seem to understand the definition of what a fan is, despite being shown it.

This poll will prove fans would love to play for us, but that doesn't mean anyone who plays for the team is a better fan than anyone.

It took me far too long to realize he is trolling.

I should know better.

The kids these days shout " I want to be like that fella in the paddock row G seat 98 " when shooting at goal.

The yooof of today.....

Bet us anything though the first time loads of kids played after the Bournemouth game, then they where doing the Barkley celebration

Hell I was about 28 and still shouted Rooney when blasting one in 5 aside the week after the arsenal beauty...

That's the ultimate aim though, play for the team you support.

Which Wayne has done through hard work and effort and proved he is a better fan than me and you.

Neither of the above, I never imagined myself as one of the players in the nineties, I thought I was David Beckham whipping in free kicks and crosses, tackling like Viera, dribbling my way through defences like Georgi Kinkladzi and finishing like Dwight Yorke.

I went the game and was bored out my head most weeks. That's how dreadful it was being an Everton fan in the nineties yet we won a major trophy slap bang in the middle of them.

Why is there no watching Everton while eating cheese on toast option? Or watching Everton while eating pizza with pineapple on.....

After a discussion in the Rooney thread, I thought we could have a poll to find out the ultimate dream/aim of being a fan was as a kid.

I always as 6 year old used to bagsy being Andy Gray when playing football and dreamed of scoring a winner in the FA cup or Derby. But, according to some that's weird???

Let's vote.
I was the same, as my user name implies

To build the Everton Empire - a global superpower complete with economic, trade and military muscle. If that's not the ultimate aim, why the hell are we bothering?!
