Technically he was an excellent player, great first touch, very inconsistent, until his final season where Moyes played him further up.
 
I used to work in a bar and every Saturday night I used to go for a McDonald's at the end of the night for the staff. I remember sitting in the drive thru at the McDonald's on edge lane about half 1 on a Sunday morning looking behind me and seeing Graveson driving a metro suited and booted argueing with Radzinski. He kicked Radzinski out and wouldn't let him in till he picked his food up haha all while laughing his head off
 
He was not a hard man, he was a very committed footballer who gave his all for the blue jersey. He was also a very gifted footballer with an excellent first touch. There have been many others, since he left, who could have taken lessons in commitment from him.

Succinct and to the point, that should put it beyond doubt.
