I expect something along the lines of something none-commit.

Reading between the lines from what's been relayed to me this morning get the feeling the statement wont be encouraging.

At best something non-committal. At worst outright cold water poured. *

Hmm.

In answer to q's, Jain director Rishi Jain has said they'll release a statement 'soon' on their official stance but no other indication #EFC

That's just my personal take on it. Really wasn't expecting any public announcement from Jain Group so soon. So with that in mind I'm not expecting the best.
Recieved further info this morning about their interest and how advanced/real it is so was planning to print that tomorrow.
This new development however has surprised me. Surely they have nothing to gain from admitting their interest at this stage of the proceedings?
Which makes me fear the worst.
I have no idea where we are at with this but Sunday afternoon people involved in recruiting this financial investmemt felt they werent far away from due dilligence although a long way from a takeover. So if its gone wrong its gone wrong quickly. People don't have to believe me but Others less directly involved were chasing round yesterday trying to get themselves involved so although the deal collapsing wouldn't suprise me the speed would.
your spot on tubbs right on the money ladI reckon that the Jain Group are going to deny they retain an interest in EFC, but I think someone else does, because quite frankly if it were the Jain Group, then we wouldn't hear about it till it was all but done and dusted.
