Pretty sure most of us agree on here that most of the senior players need to go, im also pretty sure that most of them have contracts that dont expire this year.
I dont think the question is do they need to go, its how do we get rid of them.

Mirallas for example, who in thier right mind is going to make an offer for him that he will also accept?

I'd love to see a mass clear out in the summer, just cant see it happening :(

*disclaimer, i have no idea how long anyones contract is for

Only good thing Koeman did: "Hibbo, Ossie...here's your cards. See yer".

We need that to happen x5 in the summer.

I do have a bee in my bonnet over some mentioned and a great deal of that is down to the obvious lack of commitment we see when things are bleak. I think senior players like them wont stand up and take ownership of the situation. Instead - and safe in the knowledge they are too powerful to move against - they place the coaching staff in the firing line.

..in the scheme of things, Dave, they will all be gone sooner than later. I honestly wouldn’t get too hung up about them. The key challenge is seriously who comes in.

Yes, but not because they're toxic conspirators that want this club burned to the ground (read: said mean things about my Bobby)

Just cus they're not that good at the football anymore

Baines is the best left back we've had and would be fine as back up left back next season tho, same with Wayne
I appreciate you may never have seen him play, but Baines was not the best left back we’ve had, Ray Wilson was a far, far better left back. I loved Bainsey, but saying he is the best left back we’ve had is like saying Sharpy or joe Royle is the best striker we’ve had!
