The Same Again?

Player Valuation: £70m
I think after last night and i know with all resect it was Huddersfield, i would start with the same XI at Villa on Sunday. People might moan and say "what about Arteta, can't leace Cahill out" why not, it's a squad game and they have as much of a right to fight for a place the same as the others waiting to come in. You can always bring them on when needs be. Our first two premiership games have left us all frustrated so making a change and trying a different approach is not the end of the world

I can get on board with not starting with Cahill (though Moyes won't) even though he's one of our best goal threats away from home (set plays) but leaving Arteta and Jagielka out would be lunacy.

Arteta, Cahill and Jagielka will all start and so too Neville if he's fit, everyone else is up for debate.

I would like to see that team start but with Jags on for Distin and Arteta on for Osman. With that team then we are talking. It will not happen though Moyes will revert to type and use his old dependables.

Arteta and Cahill are our two best players, not to play them against Villa would be completely bizarre

I know Louis hasn't done it in the league for several months but can also see him starting ahead of Becks. Yak should be on the bench at least too, so along with Seamus & Becks, DM should have a few good attacking options to take advantage of hopefully tired villa legs, especially if they go gung ho at us in the 1st half.

Didn't watch the Huddersfield match but reading you lots posts, looks like its time to give Coleman a start. Jags + Heitinga + Fellani should be able to cover up any defensive lapses and if Everton need anything, it's a spark.

First time in a while that Moyes has had some genuine selection problems - going to take some tinkering to find the right XI.

Maybe it's just me, but Heitinga isn't irreplaceable in the lineup. If we're going to go with Distin in partnership with Jags (I think Distin has been really good the first two games), I'd rather see Rodwell in midfield instead of Johnny. Count me as one who would at least like to see Coleman in there. Give him a shot to fail. Everytime I've seen him, he's absolutely electric. Hell, put the kid at RW. We've moved Rodwell further and further forward, why not do the same with Coleman? I'd rather see Coleman at right wing rather than Osman or Bily.

I guess Osman bought himself a ticket for the next few starts with that goal.

I had dream about this formation last night

--------------------Howard-------------------
Neville-------Jags-------------Distin----Baines
Coleman----Arteta------------Felli------Pienaar
--------------------Cahill---------------------
------------------Beckford--------------------

If Coleman is fit he will play on Sunday.

I asked the magic 8ball and the magic 8ball said "no chance".

So i threw it in the bin and consulted my junior maths ages 3-5 encyclopedia and it said Coleman plays.

Yeh I'd be interested to see Coleman played right mid/wing. Won't happen like, but I'd like to see it!

I reckon it will be something like:

Howard
Nev Jags Distin Baines
Heit
Bily Arteta Pienaar
Cahill
Beckford

I want Rodwell and Coleman in the team, i dont care who,s positions they take, they are quality, exciting footballers and thats what i want to see in our team. Out with the old, in with the new.
