Surprised he hasn't even gone already as his odds have been slowly slipping in recent weeks; another bad defeat and I can't see them not axing him.

He could only tarnish his immaculate reputation. He doesn't need the money. He is still learning his craft as a manager. He's a sensible guy.

I think its the same problem Silva has here, he failed at his last club so is seen as a bad manager by a large portion of the fanbase.

But results determine the sack and they simply havent been good enough, you win fans over with results.
