Obviously not. There will never be a female manager in the Premier League. Not for many, many years, anyway. These divs for Chelsea and United down tools for proven world class managers such as Mourinho, what will they do for unknown female managers?! Plus the likes of John Terry and Ryan Giggs would be trying to shag them too.
