Google Earth photos have put the spotlight on The Boneyard in the Arizona desert, an 11sq km plot where 60 years and £22billion of US military history is kept.


B-52 bombers, A-10 Thunderbolt ‘Tank-Busters’ and the sort of F-14 Tomcats flown by Tom Cruise in Top Gun are among more than 4,400 planes and helicopters.

Amazing that.

I got more pics of that place somewhere on the computer. I may even have done a thread about that place on here. It is just awesome.
