It's on the main A5 road that takes you past Capel Currig ( army training camp)...........The valley down below is where you often see the jets from RAF Valley practising low flying at speed.....beautiful place.

My great great gran had 22 kids in Capel Curig (only 11 survived) and my family on that side became known as the curigs. My grandad, great grandad me and my sons middle name is curig.

Still go up there occasionally (my mum lives in Llandudno), and love the area.
