Hilton Park, home of Leigh Rugby League and towards the end of it's life Leigh R.M.I. has been demolished. Some of the biggest names in R.L. have played there over the years and R.M.I. faced Everton in a pre-season friendly not too long ago and K.K's Fulham in an F.A. Cup replay there.
My fondest memory of the place was a complete annihilation of Wigan, soaked to the skin and Leigh completely destroyed them, John Woods was gonna back heel the kick from his own mesmerising try and right in front of the wigan fans.
