As I said when Alex Ferguson retired, that was the start of Man U turning into ‘90’s Liverpool - a bloated, self entitled conglomerate on the slide thinking it’s still successful and expecting to steamroller everyone.
A fan base totally unaware it’s club experienced relegation far more recently that even we have.

They have returned to the club folk of a certain vintage will recall, pre SAF. The glamour? Sure. Big players? Sure. But essentially a cup team with an occasional (failed) tilt at the league.

Nobody seems to acknowledge that he had to do some serious thinking and probably the hardest maths he's ever had to do to calculate that we are 17th in the league. A true moon-faced simpleton.

Beautiful, although I often worry for these fellas though. What's going on in someone's head that they want the world to see that? The mad rs (was it Franticgra?) always springs to mind, prancing about with a bally on? Weird.
