Rumour is the driver sent the dashcam footage himself to one of the UVF higher ups to show he had did what he said and probably have a laugh and its been shared from there and made its way public.
How stupid can people be.
My favourite bit is still when the driver turns to talk to the passenger in the rear forcing the passenger to duck out of the way. Reminded me a bit of that Pulp Fiction moment when Marvin got shot in the face.
