Just noticed that there is actually a team called Civil Service Strollers who play in something called the lowland league, what a name for a team.

Founded in 1908. There are many Civil Service teams (both football and rugby) all over the country. I may be wrong here but I think the term 'Strollers' is used by several other Civil Service teams.
