Funny how our eyes play tricks. Played a regular gig in a pub with these along the bar.
My mate said it looked like a drunk octopus offering him on for a fight. Literally can see nothing else every time I see one.

Many years ago, when I was on the spanners for a speedway riding mate, we were giving a lift to a young Aussie up to Edinburgh. About 5 miles south of Berwick we asked him if he had his passport on him as we were nearly at the border.

Obviously he didn’t so we persuaded him to climb into the boot and drove for 10 miles with him in there before letting him out. He was none the wiser until one of the Jockinese riders let on. He wasn’t best pleased to begin with but did eventually see the funny side (3 years later)
