I usually look forward to World Cups, but flippin' eck, a World Cup in Russia? It'll be as lifeless as the South Africa World Cup was. I expect daily reports of racism, fans getting beaten up/stabbed etc.

Yes, but you have to wait about two weeks for that pay off. If the Crusaders are left at home you just get 4 weeks of unadulterated football without the flag waving and then teeth grinding after the inevitable collapse.
