18 Gold medals spread across three olympic games. There maybe no single metric we can use to level all factors out, but that is some shout for greatest Olympian ever.

If Bolt decides to run the 400M in the next Olympics and wins that I would have a hard time denying him the title of the greatest Olympian. That Kirani (Grenada) dude who won the gold in the 400M is going to be in his prime in 2016 and looks to be capable of knocking up to a second off the 400M WR. If Bolt beats him and adds say a gold and silver in the 100-200M all I could say is damn.

Three gold opportunities today, two boxing finals and the Womens Modern Pentathlon.

If we win two of three, we'll have hit 30 golds for the games. Unreal achievement.

The Womens Modern Pentathlon is actually the last event of the games... would be nice to end with a GB gold.

End it FFS!

The torch has to do another relay yet Dave, getting ever so slightly smaller before being put out by that Pendragon fella on the alter stone at The Henge, to be reignited there before the Rio games, using the power of the Sunrise and the Prism off Floyds Album cover lad to light Pendragon's 1st fart of the day.

Like Rufus said, should be done on points, 3 for Gold, 2 for Silver, 1 for Bronze

It really should.

North Korea are above Spain with 6 medals, 4 gold and 2 bronze. Spain have 16 medals, including 9 silvers, but only 3 golds. No logic there.
