They've just been on the radio saying at this point, the only way you could buy them was online. You can collect them at the Olympic park though. This was someone from LOCOG.

even if that is the case and you can only but them online a) why advertise them as available and then b) why not offer to them to those already there first as there is more chance they will get sold then

If going to an Olympic venue take in an EMPTY water bottle, they have fountains where you can fill, apparently they have to. I found this ouyt at o.t. yesterday when a steward in the parking at the war museum told us. They filled it no probs at the food place.

Our bags didnt get searched either so we got our scran in no problem, in fact the bottles were 1/2 full as well in there.
